Who's behind BizLookup?
BizLookup is built and maintained by NexoraOS Ltd, a UK software studio. Our team has incorporated and run UK limited companies first-hand — choosing SIC codes, filing confirmation statements, registering for VAT and appointing officers. That practical experience shapes what BizLookup surfaces and the guides we publish.
Where does the data come from?
All company data comes from the official Companies House API — the same public records shown on the Companies House website, presented in a way that's faster to navigate. Records are pulled live from the API.
How BizLookup makes money
Searching companies and reading our guides is free. We fund the site through Lead List exports — paid CSV downloads for businesses that need bulk prospecting data — and small commissions from partner links (such as business banking and company formation). We never take payment to rank or feature a company.
